Millard County is Voting By Mail.
(beginning with the 2016 General Election)

Ballots begin to arrive 21 days before each election.
Early Voting Locations:
The 2016 General Election in Millard County will be conducted by mail. There are no early voting locations for this election.
Millard County will offer TWO Vote Centers on Election Day:
Millard County Clerk’s Office; 765 South Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT – Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..
Millard County Satellite Offices; 71 South 200 West; Delta, UT – Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
Each vote center will offer paper ballot voting and will act as a ballot drop of location. You may bring your voted ballot, sealed in your return envelope, and use it as a “fast-pass” to avoid lines.
- During County, State or Federal elections, voters may vote at any of the two polling locations within Millard County.
- During Municipal or City elections, voters may only vote at their polling location within their city.

Recent changes to federal law (The Help America Vote Act or HAVA) require that voter records now be kept by the state.
