Millard County is Voting By Mail.
(beginning with the 2016 General Election)

Ballots begin to arrive 21 days before each election.
Early Voting Locations:
Early Voting will be available in Fillmore at the Millard County Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 and in Delta at the County Satellite Offices 71 S 200 W. Days and times vary so visit the current Election Page to find the dates and times for each election.
Millard County will offer TWO Vote Centers on Election Day:
Millard County Clerk’s Office; 765 South Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT – Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..
Millard County Satellite Offices; 71 South 200 West; Delta, UT – Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..
All ballots will be paper ballots, with the exception of those who may require assistance via an electronic vote machine with accessible features (e.g. audio ballot, touch screen, large print, high contrast). You may bring your voted ballot, sealed in your return envelope, and use it as a “fast-pass” to avoid lines. Or you may bring your ballot and a picture ID and vote your ballot in-person.
- During County, State or Federal elections and municipal elections contracted with the County, voters may vote at any of the two polling locations within Millard County.
- During Municipal or City elections (if not contracted with the County), voters may only vote at their polling location within their city.
