The County’s Special General Election Canvass was held Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. at The Millard County Clerk’s Office. (Click on the links above, for the Official Election Results.)
There were 8 Provisional Ballots received on Election Night. Only 5 were eligible and were counted in the Canvass. There were a total of 76 signatures challenged, needs ID and/or returned unsigned; 24 were remedied and counted Election Night or in the Canvass.

An audit of certain election ballot batches will be held, Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at the Millard County Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6, Fillmore, UT 84631. This is open to the public. (Audits on signatures take place at the end of each day.)
CANVASS Date/Time:
The County Canvass of the 2023 General Election will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the Millard County Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, Utah.
The Municipal Primary Election Canvass will be conducted by each city/town:
- Delta City: Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at Delta City Council Meeting.
- Hinckley Town: Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hinckley Town Council Meeting.
- Holden Town: Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at6:00 p.m. at the Holden Town Council Meeting.
- Kanosh Town: Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Kanosh Town Council Meeting.
- Leamington Town Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Leamington Town Council Meeting.

There were 3 Provisional Ballots received on Election Night. All 3 were eligible and were counted in the Canvass. There were a total of 141 signatures challenged, needs ID and/or returned unsigned; 74 were remedied and counted Election Night or in the Canvass.
