2022 General Election Results:
Canvass Notes:
A total of 5183 ballots were received and counted, either by mail or by signature remedy; ballots received by mail were postmarked on or before Monday, November 7, 2022. There were 258 signatures challenged, needs ID and/or returned unsigned; 124 were remedied and counted Election Night or in the Canvass. There were 42 Provisional Ballots received on Election Night of those, 36 were counted in the Canvass.
The General Election Canvass was held Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the Millard County Clerk’s Office; 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, Utah.
An audit of Ballot Batch #A0023 and Signature Affidavit Batch # 1107003 was conducted Monday, November 14, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. A thorough audit of select voter records and credit for voting given was also included in the Post-Election Audit.

Pre-Election notes:
There were 42 Provisionals ballots received on Election Night. 1,036 ballots were received on Election Day and/or Wednesday, November 9, 2022. There were 167 Election Day in person voters. 134 ballots have been challenged as of 11/8/22. These ballots, if not challenged, will be counted. A second release was done Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m..
An audit of affidavit signatures, ballot batches, as well as voter registrations will be held Tuesday, November 14, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 in Fillmore, Utah. This is open to the public.
The General Election Canvass will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at the Millard County Clerk’s Office; 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, Utah. This is open to the public.
2022 Primary Election Results:
A total of 3165 ballots were received and counted, either by mail or by signature remedy; ballots received by mail were postmarked on or before Monday, June 27, 2022. There were 220 signatures challenged, needs ID and/or returned unsigned; 110 were remedied and counted Election Night or in the Canvass.
The Primary Election Canvass was held Friday, July 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Millard County Clerk’s Office; 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, Utah.
An audit of Ballot Batch #A0030 and Signature Affidavit Batch Batch # 624001 was conducted Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m..
