****As of 6/27/24: There are 11 Provisional Ballots that will be verified and possibly counted in the canvass. There are 59 By Mail Ballots that have been verified and will be counted in the Canvass. There are 51 challenged that have not yet been remedied, of those, 16 are uncountable (postmarked too late/spoiled ballot/past election).

****As of 6/26/24: There are 11 Provisional Ballots and 565 By Mail Ballots received, that will be verified and possibly counted in the Canvass. There are 39 signatures challenged, that have not yet been remedied.
**Ballots will be tabulated Thursday, June 27, 2024 and Monday, July 8, 2024, before 4:00 p.m., at the Millard County Clerk’s Office. A supplemental release of results will be done Thursday, June 27, 2024 after 4:00 p.m.. Final Results will be release concluding the canvass, Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

Democratic Presidential Primary Official Results:
The Presidential Primary Election Canvass was held Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at noon.
An audit of certain election ballot batches was held, Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Millard County Clerk’s Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6, Fillmore, UT 84631. This was open to the public. (Audits on signatures take place at the end of each day.)
There were 0 Provisional Ballots and 4 By Mail Ballots received Election Night. A total of 46 by mail ballots were received and counted post-election, either by mail or by signature remedy; ballots received by mail were postmarked on or before Monday, March 4, 2024. There were 3 signatures challenged all 3 were remedied and counted either on Election Night or in the Canvass.
